Fighting in Mindanao scares off foreign investors
This is actually 'not news'. No meaningful investment can be made, in Mindanao or anywhere else in the world for that matter, where there is violent conflict. Also goes to show that the on-going peace process is not in itself a sufficient condition for sustained business confidence in Mindanao.
