Investors sought for 51 ‘funding-ready’ projects
"Funding-ready" (... nice marketing term) projects specifically in Luzon. It's the first time I come across "Luzon" being advertised as investment destination. I hope there is no suggestion being made that certain investment projects in both the Visayas and Mindanao are less "funding ready".
