I've tried to locate today the text of this recent decision of the Singapore High Court. Nowhere yet to be found in the internet. If it is the case that the PH govt (again) won the case, then there is reason to celebrate. This forum has simply reaffirmed jurisprudence on corruption-tainted contracts underlying foreign investments. Corruption and the general principle of sanctity of contracts are incompatible.
